One thing I find very important to let all of you guys know is that I AM NOT A WEIGHTLOSS BLOG. I am in no way promoting girls to starve themselves, lose weight or have to work off calories because that’s just not healthy. I have never struggled with my weight, which is something Im very thankful for, but for any one who is reading this who has, please seek help professionally or from a parent, teacher, friend or family member.
this blog is a HEALTH blog. I post workout and fitness tips and healthy eating, not weight loss.
I have a real problem with blogs that are about losing weight, being skinny and posting before and after pictures, because I think that everyone is beautiful. eating healthy and watching what you eat is one thing but forcing yourself to be skinny and tiny is just not ok. so watch what you eat, but in the sense that you’re watching portion size and for the sake of your health, not for the sake of your weight. and work out and push yourself, but for personal satisfaction, NOT to burn off the piece of cake you ate for dessert or the thanksgiving dinner you’ll eat tomorrow.
